A CNCP delegation visited Sarov on 24 and 25 July to report on the progress of ongoing projects and discuss new initiatives currently being proposed:

1. "Production of rigid and foldable intraocular lenses", Research and Production Enterprise "IS" Closed Co.;
2. "Production of rolling flatness gauge systems", "Inkomet" Closed Co.;
3. "Expansion of a model range and commissioning of a full scale production of distance control system for spotlights and remote-controlled change of colour filters in spotlights", "Systema" Closed Co.;
4. "Serial production of electric power modules for medical hoists by the "Chiltern Invadex" company"", "Electromachina" Ltd.;
5. "Establishment of renewable natural biomass recycling", "Ecotechnologii" Ltd.;
6. "Production of rehabilitation devices on the basis of Automatic Control Systems", "Vita" Ltd.;
7. "Development of new types of environmentally safe chloride electrolyses", "Design-engineering bureau of impact metal working" Ltd.;
8. "Development of market of pultrusion products and equipment in Russia";
9. "Expansion of Existing Manufacture of Control and Diagnostic System IT14", "RPE Measurement technologies".

During talks with representatives of the City Administration and RFNC VNIIE, CNCP delegates remarked on the high technological level of the projects being implemented in the city.

The delegation also discussed proposals for new projects. They reported that these proposals correspond to the development strategy of the CNCP Programme and its prime objective - assistance to non-proliferation through job creation opportunities for former specialists of closed city-forming enterprises of Rosatom.
