CNCP Delegation visited Krasnoyarsk on 5-7 May 2007

The team met managers of projects implemented in Zheleznogorsk under CNCP. The management of NPO PM MKB reported on measures taken to get new orders. CNCP marketing expert Christophe Trontin discussed the company's strategy targeted at sales market expansion with a specially established sales group. Representatives of SiET Ltd talked about the latest changes in the company's management and their intention to revise the project funding proposal. Kardinal Furniture Factory raised an issue of making minor changes in the documentation regarding the company's contribution to the project. The director of CJSC Kollakhit mentioned the problems with project implementation relating to production location and work through ISTC. The Vermiculite and Kraspan projects are close to completion, but the companies face problems with recruiting former MCK employees. Makhaon Ltd and Russian Profile - Zheleznogorsk Ltd are successfully meeting their project goals. The representatives of Rolling Plant Alukom, Siberian Jewellery Plant and Sibmetal-Construction Ltd reported on the progress achieved during the first month of the implementation of their projects and talked about their plans for the near future. CNCP experts noted that the projects in Zheleznogorsk are in general developing satisfactorily.
