Results of CNCP Steering Group Meeting, 26 February 2007

At the meeting on 26th February, 2007 the CNCP Steering Group approved the following projects for funding:

Russia:

Production of pultrusion equipment for Pultrex Ltd., IRSF-VNIIEF (Sarov);
Development of manufacturing of heat and waterproof pipes, SCEST Ltd. (Snezhinsk);
Expansion of the project "Snezhinsk Center of Energy Saving and Diagnostics (DiagEn)", DiagEn Ltd. (Snezhinsk);
Manufacture of energy-saving and non-standard equipment (Steam Utilisers), KhimStalKomplekt Ltd. (Ozersk);
Organisation of production of energy efficient thermally insulated wall blocks, SCES LCC (Snezhinsk);
Construction of a refinery with a capacity of 10,000 tonnes/year, Gorod Ltd. (Seversk);
Seminar on Commercialisation, with ISTC (Moscow);
Demonstration of robotic deployment of water-jetting for submarine decommissioning, VNIITF, (Snezhinsk);
Manufacture of fascias from MDF boards, SeverskMebel Ltd. (Seversk);
Procurement of a 2nd aluminium composite panel manufacturing line, Alukom Ltd. (Zhelrznogorsk);
Increasing production capacity for housing furniture in Zheleznogorsk, Kardinal Ltd. (Zhelrznogorsk).

Kazakhstan, Ukraine, Uzbekistan:

Creation of a commercialisation unit at NSC KIPT, NSC KIPT (Kharkov, Ukraine);
English Language Club in Tashkent, INP Tashkent (Tashkent, Uzbekistan);
Production and marketing of silver nano-particle production devices and solutions, INP Tashkent (Tashkent, Uzbekistan);
Marketing and adjustment of technologies for radiation treatment of technical natural diamond for jewellery, INP Tashkent (Tashkent, Uzbekistan);
Training of NNC staff in market research and development of business projects, NNC Kurchatov (Kurchatov, Kazakhstan);
Production of Ac-225 and Am-241 isotopes, NNC Kurchatov (Kurchatov, Kazakhstan);
Commercialisation of 109Cd isotope production at the cyclotron in INP NNC RK, INP Almaty (Almaty, Kazakhstan);

The Committee approved outline proposals for the following projects and requested that full proposals to be prepared:

Expansion of a production facility for ducting for ventilation and air-conditioning systems, Novotex Ltd. (Zheleznogorsk);
Production of food additives for animals based on dried brewing wastes, KrasKorm Ltd. (Zheleznogorsk);
Construction of a liquified and compressed natural gas plant, TomskKrioGas Ltd. (Seversk);
Expansion of a production facility for PVC extrusions for the construction industry, Khimzavod (Zheleznogorsk);
Establishment of a thin film heater production, Sibovar Ltd. (Seversk);
Establishment of DNA Diagnostic Equipment, BioMedSib Ltd. (Seversk);
Establishment of a truck trailer product line, Vinga Ltd. (Zheleznogorsk);
Establishment of a off-road vehicle production line, Alternativa+ (Zheleznogorsk);
Expansion of range of design works and services, BEST-Engineering-Ural Ltd. (Ozersk);
Manufacturing of interior doors, screens and wall panels faced by artificial veneer sheet with "Printwood" technology, Ozersk Furniture Industrial Complex Ltd. (Ozersk);
Production of instruments for thoracosopic surgery, VNIITF (Snezhinsk).
