Meeting on 10th February, 2006 the CNCP Steering Group approved the following projects for funding:

1. Complete laboratory for manufacturing sophisticated prescription lenses, UralOptic (Snezhinsk);
2. Manufacturing of items from artificial stone and composite materials, Spektr-Polymer (Snezhinsk);
3. Setting up production of tools for metal-working equipment, UralPromComplect (Snezhinsk);
4. Production of swivel joints for pipe lines, Technological Development Enterprise 'Aspect' (Snezhinsk);
5. Production and selling of rolling flatness gauge systems, Inkomet (Sarov);
6. Expansion of model range and commissioning of full scale production of distance control system for spotlights (Lyra) and remote-controlled change of colour filters in spotlights (Scroller), Sistema (Sarov);
7. Production and marketing of decorative and stained glass in Zheleznogorsk, Makhaon (Zheleznogorsk);
8. Setting up production of radiation-modified polymer items, Urals Plant of Polymer Technologies 'Mayak' (Ozersk).

The Committee approved outline proposals for the following projects and requested that full proposals be prepared:

1. Designing and producing new types of ecologically safe chlorate electrolyzers, VNIIEF-Conversia (Sarov);
2. Purchase of polymeric sheet production equipment, TekhPolimer (Zheleznogorsk);
3. Expansion of gold jeuellery production facility, Siberian Jeuellery Plant (Zheleznogorsk);
4. Creation of business development agency in Closed City Ozersk, Ozersk City Administration (Ozersk);
5. Expansion of cabinet furniture manufacture, Kardinal Furniture Factory (Zheleznogorsk);
6. Serializing rehabilitation device using an automated control system, VNIIEF-Conversia (Sarov);
7. Developing the market of pultruded products and pultrusion equipment in Russia, Pultrus (Sarov);
8. Establishing production of gas-generator plant using renewable natural biomass, VNIIEF-Conversia (Sarov);
9. Establishing production facilities for recycling renewable natural biomass, VNIIEF-Conversia (Sarov);
10. Establishment of an engineering services bureau for the fuel and energy complex, VNIIEF-Conversia (Sarov);
11. Setting up a facility for the manufacture of multi-layer polyethylene pipes, VES (Snezhinsk).
