A visit of CNCP team to Krasnoyarsk was organised on 16-19 August 2006 to review Zheleznogorsk
projects. The following projects in the market study and business planning stage were discussed:
Manufacture of flexible pre-insulated irradiation-cross-linked polythene (PEX) pipes of SiET, Purchase
of polymeric sheet production equipment of Techpolymer, Manufacture of flooring, corrugated cardboard
sheets, and sandwich-panels used in construction of buildings with light metal framework of
Sibmetalservice, Expansion of gold jewellery production facility of Siberian Jewellery Works,
Production and marketing of cenospheres and related materials in Zheleznogorsk of MCK, Development
of a production facility for Collahit material for medical and cosmetic applications of Collahit, Ltd.,
Production of thermo-print paper of DataKrat Vostok, Expansion of the cabinet furniture manufacture
of Kardinal Furniture Factory, as well as new proposals: Procurement of painting line of Rolling Plant
Alucom, ISO 9001 for CNCP beneficiaries of IDC-Zheleznogorsk. The progress, results and problems of
the 7 being implemented were also discussed here. The projects being currently funded by CNCP are:
Production of modular heat transfer units of NPO PM MKB, Establishment of bathroom furniture
manufacture in Zheleznogorsk of Russian Profile - Zheleznogorsk, Development of metal carcasses
production for assembly of ventilated facade systems of Kraspan, Expansion and diversification of
vermiculite's production activity of Vermiculite Ltd., Establishment of Decorative Glass
Manufacture in Zheleznogorsk of Makhaon, Establishing distance learning under the Programme of
International Management Institute LINK in the City of Zheleznogorsk of IDC - Zheleznogorsk,
Creation of Zheleznogorsk's Business Web-portal of IDC - Zheleznogorsk.
