Practical Outcomes of project "Water-jet technologies for nuclear submarines decommissioning and other industrial applications"Three phases of the Water-Jetting Technologies project for Decommissioning of Nuclear Submarines and Other Industrial Applications are being implemented through ISTC under the CNCP frameworks. The project was initiated by Snezhinsk’s city-forming enterprise, i.e. RFNC VNIITF. A business plan was developed, and an industrial water-jetting complex was created and tested at Zvezdochka enterprise (City of Severodvinsk). The BERR funding was used to procure an industrial robot, with a water-cutting mobile complex being mounted on board. The intelligent mobile system will be able to move within a limited space and perform cutting operations. | |
