The goal of the project was to set up an enterprise which would provide services in the field of industrial safety, environmental protection and energy saving. Its main activity is the diagnosis of industrial equipment, communication lines, etc. as well as investigation (power audit) of industrial and housing/communal objects. The Steering Group approved the project in principle, subject to revision including a reduction in cost (from £ 200,000 to £ 120,000). In May 2004, the Steering Group approved a revised proposal (£ 119,996).

Final audit showed that the Beneficiary had fulfilled all of its obligations in full. All the planned jobs were created (8/5 jobs for former employees of VNIITF were created as planned.

The project has been completed successfully.
