The aim of this project is to construct a test bed for Oxygen-18 isotope production technology adjustment.

- A project to establish O18 Isotope production has been developed by the Siberian Chemical Kombinat in Seversk.

- The proposal was presented for consideration for funding during Siberian Closed Cities Audit. The Steering Group approved funding for a preliminary project to undertake market research.

Market research and business plan development conducted in the framework of a CNCP funded ISTC partnership contract was completed. A full proposal prepared on the basis of the results of preliminary research was approved by the SG. Project was completed in FY 05/06.

Final audit proved that the beneficiary had fulfilled their obligations in full. All the planned 17 jobs / including 17 for ex- workers of SCK had been created.
