SeverskMebel Ltd was set up in 2006 to manufacture furniture fascias (doors, kitchen units etc) from MDF fibre and PVC film in Seversk. The firm plans to lease a 1,000 sq m factory from the Seversk City Administration and install wood working equipment consisting of a dimensioning saw, a programme controlled routing machine, a membrane press for applying a thermo plastic PVC film or veneer covering on the shaped panels, and ancillary glueing equipment and the packaging of the final product. The company plan to start by producing a basic grade of fascia panel with the intention of introducing a premium grade in the second year of operation.

Final audit showed that the Beneficiary fulfilled all of its obligations. Kob creation was over fulfilled (58/23 jobs for former employees of SCK created vs 45/25 planned).

The project has been completed successfully.
