This project involved the creation of an enterprise that would provide energy and diagnostic services in the City of Seversk and the neighbouring region of Tomsk. The project was similar to the successful DiagEn project set up with the help of CNCP in the city of Snezhinsk, which already won commercial contracts. The project focused both on current market demand in Russia and on specific features of Seversk to provide energy reduction services, and to create new jobs for former weapon scientists from the Siberian Chemical Kombinat (SCK).

Final audit showed that the Beneficiary had almost fulfilled its obligations (10 jobs /5 for former employees of SCK created versus 10/6 planned initially).

The project successfully completed.
