Practical Outcomes of project "Plant Manufacturing Energy-Saving and Non-Standard Equipment"
This project was initiated in October 2007 by
Khimstalkomplekt (Ozersk).
The original
activity of the company was the sale of
pipes for the oil sector. The company used
the resources that it obtained from this to
finance its own research and inventions
in the field of energy saving equipment. From 2005,
several substantial Urals based companies began to
produce the kind of products which Khimstalkomplekt
was developing. As other firms became aware of the
opportunities, an urgent need arose for the company
to develop its own manufacturing base. This objective
became central for the development and implementation
of the project which CNCP supported.
